Yes. Many people pair them across the day (for example Energy in the morning, Sleep at night). Stick to one strip per product per day unless advised otherwise, and follow the directions on each pack.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The best-before date is printed on each pack.

Health supplements in Singapore are not licensed or pre-approved by the Health Sciences Authority (HSA); they are sold without a licence but must comply with HSA's guidelines, which we follow. We make our products to GMP standards and third-party test our batches.

Standard delivery within Singapore is free on orders over S$30. Orders placed before our daily cut-off are dispatched the same or next working day, and typically arrive in 1–3 working days. Full details on our Shipping page.

You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. If you can't find it, email us your order number and we'll resend it.

We currently ship within Singapore only; we do not offer international shipping at this time.

We're sorry, that's on us. Email hello@absohealth.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

For hygiene and safety reasons we can't accept opened or used product for change-of-mind returns. Unopened, sealed packs may be returned under our goodwill window, see the Refund & Returns policy.
