Abso makes dissolvable oral-strip supplements you feel in 5 minutes. No pills, no powders. The idea is simple: smarter supplements, faster results. Science you can feel. Our hero is Sleep, our best-selling strip for better nights, with Energy and Glow-Up alongside it. Feel it in 5 is the promise, and people are responding: we launched on TikTok Shop in Singapore and the early traction has been strong, fast. Now we are scaling and building a community of people who care about sleep, energy and looking after themselves.
We are a team of serial entrepreneurs who have built and run several consumer brands, and Abso is our newest. We are scaling it in Singapore now, with the US next. This is a rare chance to learn how a brand actually gets built, working directly with the founders, not fetching coffee.
We are looking for a Marketing & Community Intern who lives and breathes content and wants to get their hands dirty across TikTok, Instagram, creators, and on-the-ground community.
What you’ll do
- Help run our Instagram and TikTok. Help own the calendar, shoot, edit and post to our TikTok and Instagram, reply to comments, and keep an eye on what is working. You will be on camera and behind it, and you will see your work go live and reach real people.
- Help run our creator programme. Research creators worth working with, help reach out, ship samples, and keep campaigns on track.
- Get out into the community. Join us (and sometimes go solo) at gyms, spas and wellness venues for sampling, seeding and partnerships across Singapore.
- Bring ideas. Tell us what you are seeing on your feed and what we should try next. Good ideas win here regardless of who they come from.
What you’ll bring
- You make and post content already. Show us your TikTok or Instagram. We care more about this than your grades.
- You are comfortable on camera and happy talking to people in person.
- You use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) naturally. You already lean on them to learn, draft and move faster. We use AI everywhere and want someone who does too.
- You are based in Singapore and you are into the local wellness, fitness or creator scene.
- You are reliable and keen to learn. You follow through and you want to get genuinely good at this.
Nice to have: No years of experience needed. If you are a strong creator and a fast learner, that beats a long CV.

The deal
Monthly stipend plus a performance bonus tied to the content you make and the community work you do. And the thing money can’t buy: learning how a consumer brand is actually built, from the people doing it across several brands.
